About
Isa Cardoze
I am an integrative therapist specializing in relationships, sexuality, and deep personal transformation.
Most people don't come to me saying, "I want to explore my personal transformation." They come because their relationship is in crisis, they've lost sexual desire, they no longer know who they are after a divorce, or they find themselves repeating the same painful patterns. That's where we begin. But the work almost always becomes deeper than the reason they initially sought therapy, because what happens in our relationships, our bodies, or our sexuality is rarely separate from relational wounds, identity, self-worth, or major life transitions.
My background includes training in Gestalt therapy and sexology, but I don't work from a single theoretical model. Instead, I integrate different therapeutic approaches based on what each person and each stage of the therapeutic process requires. Sometimes that means working through dialogue and reflection; other times it involves emotional experience, body awareness, exploring relational patterns, or making sense of life's experiences. I don't follow a rigid protocol—I tailor the therapeutic process to the unique needs of each individual or couple.
I work with individuals and couples who want to transform the way they relate to themselves, their bodies, and the people they love.
